Law Practice Experience.

The Firm concentrates its practice in the fields of Civil and Commercial Litigation.

Our Attorneys have represented individuals, businesses and financial institutions in State and Federal Courts in North Mississippi since 1978.

Our experience includes representations of clients in Circuit and Chancery Courts at the state level as well as numerous administrative bodies, including County and Municipal governments.

The scope of the firm’s civil litigation experience includes defense of products and premises liability cases, construction litigation, automobile and general liability claims, medical malpractice defense, land use litigation, civil rights defense, and contract disputes.

Since 1993, we have mediated thousands of cases and continue to maintain a substantial mediation practice.  Our physical location is well suited for social distancing. The only thing that has truly changed is technology.  

We are excited to offer virtual video conferencing for participation in mediations for parties and counsel who are unable to attend in person.  A convenient choice backed by enhanced security and privacy.
