Mediation Experience.

Since 1993, Myers Law Group, under the leadership of William (Billy) Myers, has mediated thousands of cases, maintaining a substantial mediation practice in Oxford and Hernando, Mississippi.

We offer both Virtual and Traditional Mediation Formats, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all parties involved.

Billy Myers was instrumental in bringing mediation to Mississippi and was one of the drafters of the Court Annexed Mediation Rules. We continuously seek advanced mediation courses to enhance our skills and better serve the parties in finding resolutions for their legal issues.

With William (Billy) Myers serving two terms as President of the ADR Section of the Mississippi Bar, you can trust our expertise and commitment to peaceful conflict resolution.

Virtual Mediation.

For those who can not participate in standard mediations, we are excited to offer virtual video conferencing for participation in mediations for parties and counsel who are unable to attend in person. 

A convenient choice backed by enhanced security and privacy.

We will respond to all counsel with available dates within your range.
Once a date is selected, we will email Engagement Agreements to all counsel.

Mediation Fees:

Mediation Services are billed at the rate of $375.00/hr.
